Frequently Asked Questions
When is the fee due?
The 3% introduction fee is due within 30 days of the transaction closing. No fees are charged at any earlier stage.
What if there's already a broker?
Our fee is separate. The buyer pays Alpine Business 3%, and the seller pays their broker separately. Our introduction fee does not replace or modify any existing brokerage arrangements.
How is the transaction value determined?
Total enterprise value including assumed debt, earnouts, and seller financing. The fee is based on the complete transaction value, not just the equity portion.
What if I found the business elsewhere too?
If you accessed seller details through our platform, the introduction fee applies regardless of whether you also discovered the business through another channel.
How do off-market subscriptions relate to the 3% fee?
The subscription covers access to off-market targets and concierge introductions. The 3% introduction fee on closed deals applies separately, whether the business came from our listings or an off-market reveal.
